Pasta bake from Mike 1 lb chorizo 1 onion, fine 4 cloves garlic 3 C chicken broth 1 10oz can rotel tom w chilies 1/2 C heavy cream 1 lb penne/rotini salt & pepper 2 C shredded pepper jack 4 scallions saute onions & chorizo 8 min add garlic 1 min add broth, tom, cream, pasta, S&P, bring to boil cover, reduce to medium low 15 min turn on broiler off heat, stir in 1/2 C cheese top w rest of cheese & broil til brown top w scallions
